My Journey
I’m a mother, wife, and lifelong explorer of the world, the body, and the soul. A travel-hungry wellness enthusiast with a deep devotion to astrology, I’m also a two-time cancer survivor whose life took a sharp turn during my Jupiter Return.
That year, cancer revealed what I had ignored: I was burnt out, misaligned, and living a “successful” life that felt deeply wrong. When it returned, I finally listened.
In the dark, astrology became a mirror. Plants became medicine. Intuition became my compass.
I began shedding old patterns of overwork and obligation, and slowly reconnected with my body and spirit. This was the start of a long, sacred process of realignment.
Today, I walk a new path—rooted in soul purpose, nervous system healing, and intuitive guidance—and I help others do the same.
Why I Do What I Do
I believe many of us become sick, stuck, or burned out because we’ve wandered too far from our soul’s rhythm. We chase careers that drain us. Ignore the whispers of our intuition. We live lives around what we think we should want, instead of what actually feels true. I’m here to help change that.

Outside of this work, she can usually be found thrifting hidden gems, tackling a DIY project, or spending time with her family in San Francisco.
